About PolishedPay

PolishedPayis a small, focused product for the solo beauty pros who don't have an accountant on speed-dial — nail techs, lash artists, hairstylists, estheticians — and want a no-nonsense answer to one question: “What did I actually make, and what do I owe?”

Why we built it

The default tools for self-employed income — a notes app, a spreadsheet, a stack of Venmo screenshots — leave you guessing until April. We built PolishedPay so the answer is always one screen away: appointments in, fees and tax taken out, net pay and quarterly estimates always live.

Who we are

PolishedPay is built and operated by PolishedPay LLC, a small software company based in Utah, United States. We're independent and self-funded — no investors, no growth-at-all-costs playbook. The product gets better when our customers do.
